preferred playground. John also welcomes the occasional round of golf and
dedicates Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to Happy Hour Days, featuring a spirited
best-of-three cribbage mini-tournament with Ann—a year-long event where he
consistently emerges victorious with no mercy shown to the competition.

Beyond his real estate achievements,
John is a Board 6 Certified Basketball Referee with 17 years of experience,
predominantly officiating Central CT Girls Varsity games.
